They met in Chelan at their friend’s respective bachelor and bachelorette parties. A few months later, they were engaged; and on November 5th, an email from Janet arrived in my email inbox with the tentative wedding details. I couldn’t have been more happier or excited to make the trip all the way to Harmony Meadows, mere minutes from where Greg & Janet first met to DJ their wedding reception.
And what a truly magical, special night it was; there is no way I’ll ever forget it.
As was the case for Andrea & Bryan’s wedding reception – also in attendance and also looking even more in love than a year ago!  – my friendship with Janet began back during our glory days at Sumner High School, where I would usually give Janet one (or two!) of the maple cookies I would bring with my lunch each day. Saturday, Janet surprised me with a repayment: an entire box of Maple Leaf Cookies! It’s one of the best client gifts I’ve ever received.
I invite you to check out the seven-minute highlight video below; it’s worth the watch. You’ll see a couple madly in love with each other – just watch the body language! – that’s the one thing I’ve picked up on observing so many couples over the years. Andrea & Bryan have it, and so do Janet & Greg. You’ll also see about 230 of Greg & Janet’s closest family and friends, who came to dance and celebrate their marriage, which made it a challenge to keep the final cut to just seven minutes.
This wedding reception was perfection; but if I could change one thing it would be this: more dance floor time. As it was, I only had 75 minutes and that wasn’t due to any hiccups or miscues; it’s just what it was. So I mixed quickly and flipped through as many records as possible; this was by design as it made the 75 minutes “feel” longer. And maybe, as a DJ performer who has picked up a trick or two along the way from some of the best, that’s what made Janet & Greg’s wedding reception so magical: 75 minutes may have been the exact right amount of time because everyone was left wanting more. 😉
A special shout out to the vendor team: Melissa Kilner – who no doubt will produce some amazing images – and of course the entire staff at Herban Feast, who served up yet another delicious meal. Also, a special thank you to my media guru, Matt, for making the four-hour trek to film the footage from this wedding, as well as assisting with the breakdown.
Finally, to Janet & Chelan Greg (drink!): from the bottom of my heart, thank you for bestowing me with the honor of being a part of your wedding celebration. It was better than I could have imagined and I’m so happy for the two of you. May God bless your lives and marriage with nothing less than good fortune. Congratulations!

Greg & Janet’s Five-Star Review
When picking a wedding DJ, most people think they want “good music to dance to”. While Tony absolutely crushes in that department, in my opinion, his real talent lies in flawless event execution. As the master of ceremonies, he was the MC, the DJ, and essentially the reception day-of coordinator. We left the details of the event flow in Tony’s hands and he produced an incredible event that our family and friends raved about. He runs the show like a boss, and if you trust his expertise, he can work magic. Literally. Even our parents/aunts/uncles had rave reviews about the music and Tony’s style. He made our wedding unique, just for us, with custom music edits and perfectly adjusted to the vibe of the crowd. Our dance floor was packed all night, and literally, the ONLY wish we had at the end of the evening was MORE TIME FOR DANCING!!! My new in-laws already have plans to re-book Tony for an annual event.
