Jared & Erin

Jared & Erin

One of the most active couples I have ever worked with, Erin & Jared were Crossfitters who just wanted to dance, dance, and dance! Hosting approximately 100 guests at the beautiful Pan Pacific Hotel in downtown Seattle, we designed a simple, yet really fun wedding reception itinerary that left for plenty of time to celebrate on the dance floor. The night was a blast, and I can say that with full confidence as we ended the evening with Kenny Loggin’s “Highway to the Danger Zone” as the final song of the evening.

As I mentioned previously, the reception was simple with the Grand Entrance, Toasts, First Dance, and Father-Bride dance serving as our formalities for the evening. But all four were presented exceptionally well. The Grand Entrance was performed with a slight twist: Erin & Jared entered first and then enjoyed the “Who’s Being Introduced Next?” segment. This is where the entire wedding party stands as a group at the entrance point, I read a carefully crafted bio, and at the end, that bridesmaid or groomsman is introduced AND we surprise them with their own theme song as they met Erin & Jared with big grins and hugs.

Erin & Jared gave me great material, and it was one of those unforgettable moments that everyone – guests and vendors – was able to enjoy. I know I won’t soon forget it!

A huge congratulations to Jared & Erin; it was an honor to get to know you, and serve you on your wedding day. I wish you both, nothing but the best!
