WEDDING MUSIC GUIDE
As your guests arrive for the ceremony, Prelude music plays softly in the background, setting the atmosphere for the long awaited moment to come. Your Prelude playlist should set the mood for the ceremony, as well as play at an appropriate volume allowing guests to easily converse.
When it comes to programming Prelude music, it is easiest to do after you have selected your Processional songs. Look for a common theme—common genres, similar styles, etc.—and allow your Prelude music to loosely allude to it. For example, if you have selected country songs for your Processional, you could opt for soft country love songs or instrumental covers of the same.
